The fully remote company (Delaware incorporated, no headquarters) listed on NASDAQ in October 2021 under ticker GTLB. Its DevSecOps platform bundles Git hosting, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and the GitLab Duo Agent Platform for agentic AI across the SDLC. Fiscal 2026 revenue reached $955M with ARR crossing $1B and 1,456 customers above $100K ARR.
